Our work combines program implementation, policy advisory, capacity building, and strategic partnerships to achieve scalable and sustainable outcomes.

The Economic Equity Program (EEP) is a gender-focused initiative of EDCAI designed to bridge the economic gender gap by expanding women’s access to skills, leadership pathways, policy influence, and opportunities in traditionally male-dominated sectors of the economy.

The Akwa Ibom Youth Development Roadmap is a 10-year strategic framework designed to guide economically driven youth interventions aimed at addressing critical unemployment crisis facing young people in Akwa Ibom State, particularly those living in rural and underserved communities.
In addition to institutional programming, EDCAI contributes technical expertise to public-sector initiatives through policy advisory and consultancy engagements, supporting evidence-based decision-making and inclusive governance.
Governance Note:
The following engagements were delivered in a consultative and advisory capacity by EDCAI in collaboration with government institutions. They do not constitute EDCAI-funded or EDCAI-implemented projects unless otherwise stated.
