Management Staff
Emmanuel Etukudo leads EDCAI with over 10 years of experience in software engineering, climate policy, sustainable development, and renewable energy initiatives. Prior to co-founding EDCAI, he served in senior roles designing cross-sector programs that advanced clean energy access and inclusive economic growth across West Africa. Emmanuel holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, and has contributed to major policy reforms adopted by State Governments, particularly in Nigeria. He drives EDCAI’s strategic vision, partnerships, and global engagements.

Beatrice Okeke-Linus Dun’g is a seasoned social worker and youth development professional with over 20 years of experience in women and youth empowerment, child protection, and social development. She provides technical and administrative leadership at EDCAI, supporting effective program delivery and institutional governance.
She previously served as CEO of the Global Transformation Initiative and the Crimson Hope and Care Initiative, leading empowerment and advocacy programs for children, youth, and women. Beatrice also serves as Deputy National Coordinator of the Child Protection Network Nigeria, a UNICEF-supported initiative.

Amb. Aniefiok Jimmy is a development strategist and brand consultant with over 10 years of experience across socio-economic development, strategic planning, and program delivery. He provides leadership for EDCAI’s programmes and operational execution, ensuring effective implementation and impact.
He is the Pioneer Commonwealth Youth Council Ambassador in Nigeria and serves as Special Envoy on Sustainable Development and Nation-Building to the Organisation of West African Youth (OWAY-ECOWAS). Amb. Jimmy is also the Managing Director and CEO of cmEmpire Resources, bringing strong expertise in governance advocacy, youth empowerment, and sustainable development.

Dr. Victor Okon is a business and logistics leader with over two decades of experience and the CEO of Wrightlinks Logistics Holding Inc. He brings strategic and operational expertise in logistics, innovation, and organizational leadership.
As Chairman of EDCAI’s Advisory Board, he provides strategic guidance and oversight, supporting effective governance and long-term organizational growth.

Elkanah Oluyori is a Nigerian development expert, management consultant, and community organizer with experience in nation-building, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Clement Isong Foundation (CIF) and previously led Invent Youth Africa as Chief Executive Officer.
His work focuses on human capacity development, governance, and poverty reduction, applying research-driven strategies and community engagement to deliver impactful programs across West Africa. As a member of EDCAI’s Advisory Board, he contributes expertise in program strategy, youth development, and inclusive growth

Emediong Akpabio is a philanthropy and development professional working at the intersection of social impact, technology, and financing for local initiatives in Africa. With over eight years of experience leading a non-profit organization, he brings deep insight into the funding and operational challenges faced by grassroots founders.
Through CSG Development Limited, he provides due diligence support to donor organizations and businesses seeking to invest in local initiatives and emerging markets. He is also the founder of Resov, a philanthropy marketplace designed to validate ideas, streamline regulatory compliance, and connect innovators with funders and investors. As a member of EDCAI’s Advisory Board, Emediong contributes expertise in impact financing, governance, and innovation.
